TCR-MHC-Peptide

Structure of a complex between the T cell receptor and a peptide presented by MHC 1. The top of the structure is the T cell receptor (TCR), the peptide-bound to major histocompatibility complex (MHC) is the bottom part of the structure. The peptide sits in a cleft in the MHC molecule and is recognized by the TCR. From PDB 3QDJ.
